Roof repair

This detached property was built in a conservation area, which meant much of the roof needed to be replaced with like-for-like materials. Lime and cement were required for the roof mortar, and all clay tiles, hip tiles and bonnets were refurnished and reused. 

This project was so successful that the neighbouring new property, which was also in the conservation area, asked us to fit their roof. To do this and meet the conservation building requirements, we sourced all new clay tiles from salvage yards and delivered a hugely successful project.
