We have many years of experience in laying flat roofs to all kinds of properties. Our process typically involves applying a vapour control layer, high-performance underlay to your roof deck, followed by a cap sheet, which welded to each other and to the deck using a professional roofing torch or newer techniques such as a safety torch, which uses hot air rather than a flame.
This modern process ensures a complete watertight seal, keeping your roof in excellent condition for many years. Our cap sheets are also coated with solar reflective chippings to protect your roof from sun damage. Whether you require an original roof for a new-build property, or you’re replacing an old roof on an existing home, we have the experience and expert skills to deliver outstanding results.
If the roof structure is already in place, we will begin by removing the tiles, the battens, and the felt. Once that work is completed, we replace it with breathable felt, and install new battens, and tiles - to UK standards.
We work closely with our clients to agree the most appropriate materials for each project that we work on – including the tiling options available such as concrete, natural slate and the many variations on offer.
