An extension project in Croydon requiring a complete new roof — pitched section with plain tile dormer, Velux windows for the loft space, dry ridge system, and a flat roof section over the rear extension.

The extension required careful integration with the existing roof — matching tile lines, getting the falls right on the flat section, and detailing the dormer cheeks in matching plain tile to keep it looking like part of the original house rather than a bolt-on addition.
The Result
